Frank de Zanger started in 2001, as experienced consultant, his company TERRAQUA (established 1995, Netherlands), working in the fields of Water and Environment. 
He worked as permanent staff for renowned firms, like KRUGER (Denmark), FUGRO (Neth.), BKH (Neth.), DHV (Neth.), HAL (Holland America Line, USA) and ARCADIS (Neth.), and as consultant for several other international operating companies. His work brought him, besides The Netherlands, to Africa, Asia, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Russia, the Caribbean and South America.
Drs. Frank de Zanger has been a member - as Senior Water Specialist as well as Senior Environmental Expert - of World Bank, EU, NEDA/DGIS, SENTER and NWP-missions for projects in India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Latvia, Brazil, and Mexico. As self employed consultant he is at present busy with different assignments overseas, as well as in The Netherlands . Frank de Zanger can be contacted for job possibilities. In his spare time he likes writing. As a result three novels and a book with short stories were published (Dutch & English, www.tournesol.nl). No wonder that Mr. De Zanger has proven to be an experienced writer and editor of large and complex reports and proposals in English as well as in Dutch.
